Quick Pulao with left over gravy

Ingredients 
  • Oil
  • Ghee
  • Rice
  • Salt
  • Lemon Juice

Preparation Method

Heat oil and ghee in a pan
Add chopped onion, remaining gravy (veg or non-veg), rice, salt, lemon juice
Cook till the rice is done
Serve hot with raita
